A resident of Southern Maryland for over 25 years, she has the local knowledge and expertise to assist clients with their largest investment – their home. Having owned and operated a prosperous local business for a number of years, Patti and her adoring husband Ron decided to venture into real estate in 2005. Initially, Patti began her real estate career in an assistant capacity to Ron. Becoming officially licensed in 2013, Patti remained by Ron’s side to grow their business, earning production and quality service awards consistently. The entire real estate community, along with many clients and customers, mourned alongside Patti with Ron’s passing in 2018. Dedicated to continuing with their passion for real estate, Patti now works with an associate REALTOR who possesses many of the same qualities that Ron had. Patience, trustworthiness, kindness, and problem-solving, just to name a few. Although more of a behind-the-scenes REALTOR, having the years of experience of growing a business with Ron and now working with another successful agent affords Patti the opportunity to help her clients reach their real estate goals.
